Scientists have found avocados may be helpful in certain types of liver damage, as well as viral hepatitis (which causes liver cancer).

Broccoli, cauliflower and cabbage – These vegetables contain a chemical component known as indole-3-carbinol, which has the ability to fight breast cancer by converting the estrogen associated with promoting cancer into a healthier form.
